orchardcore-contact-center

orchardcore-contact-center is a skill for Claude Code from CrestApps/CrestApps.AgentSkills. It costs 214 tokens per session (5,719 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A contact-center add-on for Orchard Core that coordinates customer-service work between a customer-management system and telephony systems. It covers queues, routing, agent availability, dialing, interactions, recordings, and supervision.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to build inbound voice and dialer workflows, assign contacts to queues and agents, manage reservations and presence, record interactions, and connect supported telephony providers.
Why use it?
It separates the work of deciding who should handle a contact from the phone system that carries the call, making those operations easier to configure and extend.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00214 $0.05719
Opus 5.5 $0.00086 $0.02288
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00043 $0.01144
Haiku 4.5 $0.00021 $0.00572

Security

Grade A, and why

orchardcore-contact-center scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Orchard Core Contact Center - Prompt Templates

Build a Contact Center on Orchard Core

You are an Orchard Core expert. Generate accurate feature selections, recipes, configuration, extension code, and operational guidance for the CrestApps Contact Center module set. It turns the Omnichannel CRM into a contact center: the CRM owns the work (contacts, activities, subjects, dispositions), Contact Center owns orchestration (queues, routing, reservations, presence, dialing, interactions, events), and Telephony owns media execution.

Guidelines

  • Install CrestApps.OrchardCore.ContactCenter (and the provider package, for example Telnyx or Asterisk) in the web/startup project.
  • Enable the capability you need and let Orchard resolve dependencies. There is no separate administration feature; each capability ships its own screens.
  • CrestApps.OrchardCore.ContactCenter.Voice, .RealTime, .ProviderInbox, .Recording.Core and .AgentServices are dependency-only. Never list them as the thing to enable; enable Inbound Voice, the Dialer, Recording or Supervision instead.
  • The Agent Workspace, the docked agent bar, the soft-phone projection and each provider's Contact Center voice adapter are integration glue with no feature toggle. They activate when the features they compose are all enabled.
  • The CRM OmnichannelActivity is the unit of work; an Interaction is the history of one attempt and never owns a disposition. Complete work through the Omnichannel IActivityDispositionService, never by writing activity status directly.
  • Decide routing from IContactCenterWorkStateService, not from the activity's projected AssignedToId or ReservationId columns.
  • Treat the telephony provider as the source of truth for live call state. UI clicks are intents; provider events and reconciliation finish every transition.
  • Contact Center tuning lives in appsettings.json under CrestApps:ContactCenter:* (wrapped in OrchardCore in the host file) and binds to IOptions<T> at tenant start, so a change needs a tenant restart. Invalid values stop the tenant.
  • Production needs PostgreSQL, OrchardCore.Redis.Lock, and the Redis SignalR backplane. See references/production-support.md.
  • Contact Center is not an emergency-calling service. Emergency short codes are always refused by IDialDestinationPolicy.
  • All recipe JSON must be wrapped in { "steps": [...] }.
  • All C# classes must use the sealed modifier, except for View Models.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
