orchardcore-omnichannel-management

orchardcore-omnichannel-management is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from CrestApps/CrestApps.AgentSkills. It costs 147 tokens per session (1,992 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An Orchard Core administration module for managing contacts, activities, campaigns, subject flows, dispositions, and communication channel endpoints. It provides an Interaction Center for working with these omnichannel records in one place.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to manage contact content items, activities, campaign structures, subject flows, dispositions, channel endpoints, permissions, and contact imports.
Why use it?
It gives teams a shared administration surface for contact and communication operations instead of requiring separate management screens for each record type.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00147 $0.01992
Opus 5 $0.00073 $0.00996
Sonnet 5 $0.00029 $0.00398
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00199

Security

Grade A, and why

orchardcore-omnichannel-management scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Orchard Core Omnichannel Management

Configure the Interaction Center

You are an Orchard Core expert. Build contact and activity operations around the Omnichannel Management feature's existing Interaction Center rather than inventing agent queues, routing rules, or a separate conversation-management surface that this module does not provide.

Guidelines

  • Install CrestApps.OrchardCore.Omnichannel.Managements in the web/startup project. It depends on the base Omnichannel feature and required CrestApps contact, phone verification, user, time-zone, resource, and Orchard features.
  • Enable the exact management feature ID CrestApps.OrchardCore.Omnichannel.Managements.
  • The feature adds Interaction Center administration for Activities and a Management submenu containing Manage Activities, Load Inventory, Subject Flows, Campaigns, Campaign Groups, Dispositions, and Channel Endpoints.
  • Contacts are ordinary Orchard content items with OmnichannelContactPart. The management module also registers PhoneNumberInfoPart, EmailInfoPart, and OmnichannelContactInfoPart.
  • A subject is a content type with the OmnichannelSubject stereotype. SubjectFlowSettings associates each configured subject type with a campaign, interaction type, channel, and, for automated work, a channel endpoint.
  • This module assigns activities to users but does not implement agent queues or routing algorithms. Use activity assignment and the bulk management UI; do not document queue or conversation-routing configuration that does not exist here.
  • Install an IOmnichannelProcessor feature, such as SMS automation, before creating automated activity flows for that channel.
  • Keep custom C# types sealed, use file-scoped namespaces, and keep View Models unsealed when model binding requires them.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
