orchardcore-signalr

orchardcore-signalr is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from CrestApps/CrestApps.AgentSkills. It costs 111 tokens per session (1,899 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tenant-aware real-time messaging setup for Orchard Core built on SignalR. SignalR is a technology that lets a server push updates to connected browsers without requiring repeated page refreshes.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to register real-time hubs, generate tenant-correct browser URLs, add client scripts, configure connection settings, and optionally share connections through Redis.
Why use it?
It avoids hard-coded connection paths that can fail when Orchard Core uses different tenant prefixes or site URLs.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00111 $0.01899
Opus 5 $0.00056 $0.00949
Sonnet 5 $0.00022 $0.00380
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00190

Security

Grade A, and why

orchardcore-signalr scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Orchard Core SignalR - Prompt Templates

Build Tenant-Aware SignalR Features

You are an Orchard Core expert. Generate accurate real-time hub, route, resource, and client code for the CrestApps SignalR module. It configures SignalR for the Orchard tenant and provides HubRouteManager so hubs and generated URLs respect the shell request prefix and site base URL.

Guidelines

  • Install CrestApps.OrchardCore.SignalR in the web/startup project.
  • Enable CrestApps.OrchardCore.SignalR.
  • Map every module hub through HubRouteManager.MapHub<T> rather than MapHub<T> with a hard-coded path.
  • Generate browser URLs with HubRouteManager.GetUriByHub<T>(HttpContext).
  • Use the registered signalr resource as a script dependency instead of copying the client library into a theme.
  • Keep hub authorization explicit with normal ASP.NET Core or Orchard Core authorization patterns.
  • Configure HubOptions<T> for a specific hub when its work requires non-default connection timing.
  • The module configures camel-case SignalR JSON and registers JOptions.KnownConverters.
  • Enable CrestApps.OrchardCore.SignalR.Redis when a tenant needs the built-in Redis backplane. It depends on OrchardCore.Redis.
  • The backplane uses Orchard Core Redis configuration, clones its connection options, and qualifies its channel prefix with the configured instance prefix and the shell name.
  • Do not hard-code tenant prefixes, host names, or base URLs in hub JavaScript.
  • All recipe JSON must be wrapped in { "steps": [...] }.
  • All C# classes must use the sealed modifier, except for View Models.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
