本 skill 处理"文明大学生申请书"全流程：信息采集 → 书信体撰写 → docx 生成 → 质检。评审跨度为本学年（与优秀学生相同，不是 4 年），正文 1500~2000 字。与优秀学生/优秀团员关键区别：学业门槛更低（不强制 GPA 前 30%），但评审重点为文明素养（35%）与道德品质（30%），合计 65%，远超优秀学生的学业+实践合计 55%。文明行为必须有具体时间地点人物事例，禁用"文明有礼""遵守纪律"等空话。
输出文件：可提交的 .docx（A4 纸张，黑体二号标题居中、宋体小四正文、1.5 倍行距、首行缩进 2 字符、"此致/敬礼！"格式、落款右对齐、文明素养 4 维度表与道德事例表自动嵌入）。

适用：用户提到"文明大学生""文明学生""文明标兵""校园文明大学生""校级文明大学生""院级文明大学生"等关键词，且本人非应届毕业。

触发后第一步：核对硬门槛与申报类别。文明大学生与优秀学生可同年同报（两份申请书），但内容侧重不同——文明大学生禁止以学业数据为唯一亮点，必须有具体文明行为事例。
二、工作流程总览
四阶段串行执行，每阶段完成后再进入下一阶段：
阶段 1 信息采集（6~10 轮对话）： 按"通用必采 → 本学年学业信息 → 思想品德信息 → 文明素养 4 维度（课堂/宿舍/网络/公共秩序）→ 道德品质事例 → 生活信息"顺序采集。每轮不超过 5 个字段。关键缺失字段必须追问，禁止编造文明事例、道德事例、时间地点人物、证明人。
阶段 2 书信体撰写（一次性产出）： 按"标题 → 称呼 → 开头 → 一、思想品德 → 二、文明素养【重点】 → 三、道德品质【重点】 → 四、学业与生活 → 结尾 → 落款"顺序撰写。正文 1500~2000 字，文明素养段+道德品质段合计不少于 800 字（占总字数 40% 以上）。文明事例必须含时间地点人物影响。
阶段 3 docx 生成：
调用 python build.py --data data.json --out output.docx 生成 Word 文档。data.json 字段定义见第十二章。文明素养表（4 列：维度/具体表现/时间/证明人）与道德事例表（5 列：时间/地点/事件/影响/证明人）自动嵌入。
阶段 4 质检： 按第十三章 30 项清单逐项检查。任一不达标返回阶段 2 修改。重点核查文明事例的具体性（时间地点人物三要素齐全）与道德事例的可证性（证明人字段非空）。
禁止行为：
- 文明素养段写"课堂认真听讲、宿舍保持整洁、网络言行规范"等空话（无时间无证明人）
- 道德品质段写"拾金不昧、乐于助人"等概括性表述（无具体事件）
- 开头抒情堆砌（"时光荏苒""岁月如梭"）
- 结尾"恳请领导批准"
- 编造文明事例、道德事例、时间地点人物、证明人
- 4 年综合数据写入本学年评优
