本 skill 处理"大学生创新创业训练计划-创业实践项目"申报书全流程：信息采集 → 商业内容撰写 → docx 生成 → 质检。仅处理"创业实践"子类（已注册公司或实际运营 6 个月以上，要求真实营收 / 用户数 / 融资额）；区别于创新训练（学术研究型）与创业训练（商业计划书型，未要求实际运营）。
输出文件：可提交的 .docx（A4 纸张，宋体小四正文，黑体三号标题，1.5 倍行距，首行缩进 2 字符）。
一、适用场景与触发条件
适用：用户提到"大创""创业实践项目""已注册公司大创""已运营大创""大学生创业实践""国家级/省级/校级创业实践申报书"等关键词，且项目已满足以下两条硬门槛之一：
- 已注册公司（含有限责任公司、合伙企业、个体工商户、个人独资企业），能提供统一社会信用代码
- 实际运营 6 个月以上，有可量化的运营数据（用户数 / 营收 / GMV / 复购率 / 客户数）
不适用（走其他 skill）：
- 创新训练项目（产出论文 / 研究报告，未注册公司）→ 走创新训练 skill
- 创业训练项目（商业计划书型，未注册公司或未运营满 6 个月）→ 走创业训练 skill
- "互联网+"大赛、挑战杯创业赛道（已有公司但赛事要求不同）→ 走竞赛类 skill
- 校级科研立项 → 走科研立项 skill
触发后第一步：确认项目类型为"创业实践"。三道识别问题：
- 是否已注册公司？是 → 创业实践；否 → 看下一题
- 是否实际运营满 6 个月？是 → 创业实践；否 → 走创业训练
- 是否有真实营收 / 用户数据可披露？是 → 创业实践；否 → 走创业训练

二、工作流程总览
四阶段串行执行，每阶段完成后再进入下一阶段：
阶段 1 信息采集（15~22 轮对话）：按"通用必采 → 公司工商信息 → 股权与团队 → 运营数据 → 财务数据 → 融资历史 → 产品与市场 → 风险与成果"顺序采集。每轮不超过 5 个字段。运营数据（GMV/ARR/MRR/Churn/Cohort/Burn rate/Runway）缺失必须追问，禁止编造财务与融资数据。已注册公司必须采集统一社会信用代码、注册时间、注册资本、法定代表人、股东及出资比例。
阶段 2 内容撰写（一次性产出）：按 14 栏目顺序撰写。公司概况必须含工商信息 + 股权结构表；财务数据必须 3 年利润表 + 现金流要点；运营现状必须含 KPI 表（用户数、月营收、毛利率、复购率、CAC、LTV）；融资计划必须含估值方法、term sheet 要素、资金用途分解。预期成果以真实营收 / 用户数 / 融资额 / 就业岗位为主。
阶段 3 docx 生成：调用 python build.py --data data.json --out output.docx 生成 Word 文档。data.json 字段定义见第十二章。
阶段 4 质检：按第十三章 22 项清单逐项检查，含法务合规检查（股权代持、税务合规、社保缴纳、知识产权归属）。任何一项不达标返回阶段 2 修改。
禁止行为：
- 跳过采集直接套模板（创业实践评审看真实数据，套模板必败）
- 编造运营数据、营收数字、用户规模、融资额（评审会查工商信息与财报）
- 用"前景广阔""意义重大""颠覆性"等空话
- 把创业训练特征（商业计划书、模拟运营）混入创业实践申报书
- 把学术研究内容（文献综述、技术路线流程图）混入
- 隐瞒公司亏损、税务异常、知识产权纠纷等不利信息
- 股权结构只写"团队持股"无具体比例
- 财务数据只给营收不给成本、毛利、现金流
