一、适用场景与触发条件
适用：用户提到"国家励志奖学金""励志奖学金""励志奖""励志奖学金申请书""5000 元奖学金""家庭经济困难奖学金"等关键词，且本人已获学校家庭经济困难认定。
不适用（需走其他 skill）：

触发后第一步：核对硬门槛。若用户未获家庭经济困难认定，告知"励志奖学金必须先获学校家庭经济困难认定，建议先去学生处申请认定"。若 GPA <3.0 或排名 >50%，告知"评审侧重学业，建议改申助学金"。
二、工作流程总览
四阶段串行执行，每阶段完成后再进入下一阶段：
阶段 1 信息采集（10~14 轮对话）： 按"通用必采 → 学业信息 → 家庭经济信息【重点】 → 勤工助学经历 → 荣誉经历 → 实践经历"顺序采集。每轮不超过 5 个字段。家庭经济信息是励志类核心，必须采集家庭年收入、供养人数、建档立卡/低保号、勤工助学岗位等数据，禁止编造家庭收入与困难认定等级。
阶段 2 书信体撰写（一次性产出）： 按"标题 → 称呼 → 开头 → 思想方面 → 学习方面 → 家庭经济情况【重点】 → 科研实践方面 → 生活方面 → 结尾 → 落款"顺序撰写。正文 1200~2000 字，家庭经济情况段落必须含具体数据（年收入/供养人数/勤工助学收入），与国奖申请书的关键差异在此段。事实 + 数据原则，禁止形容词堆砌，禁止用"家境贫寒""家徒四壁"等文学化表述。
阶段 3 docx 生成：
调用 python build.py --data data.json --out output.docx 生成 Word 文档。data.json 字段定义见第十二章。家庭经济情况段落用表格呈现（家庭成员/关系/工作/年收入/政治面貌），勤工助学经历可用表格或列表。
阶段 4 质检： 按第十三章清单逐项检查。任何一项不达标返回阶段 2 修改。重点核对家庭经济情况段落的"3 类硬数据"是否齐全（年收入/供养/勤工助学）。
禁止行为：
- 开头抒情堆砌（"时光荏苒""岁月如梭""家境贫寒"）
- 家庭经济情况只写"困难"无数据
- 不写家庭经济困难认定等级
- 不写勤工助学经历（励志类核心佐证）
- 编造家庭收入、困难认定等级、建档立卡号
- 把国奖内容（国家级竞赛、SCI 论文）作为主要素材，弱化家庭经济
- 结尾"恳请领导批准"或"减轻家庭负担"等乞求式表述
- 学生干部只写头衔不写履职
