本 skill 处理"入党申请书"全流程：信息采集 → 书信体撰写 → docx 生成 → 政治规范质检。入党申请书是大学生首次向党组织正式表达入党意愿的文书，标准 4000 字左右，是书信体而非表格体。一旦递交党支部将长期保存并成为本人政治档案的一部分，撰写须严肃认真、实事求是，禁抄网络模板、禁抄党章原文、禁用简写。
输出文件：可提交的 .docx（A4 纸张，上下 2.54cm 左右 2.5cm，黑体二号标题居中、宋体小四正文 1.5 倍行距首行缩进 2 字符、"此致"另起一行空两格"敬礼！"另起一行顶格、落款右对齐）。
一、适用场景与触发条件
适用：用户提到"入党申请书""入党申请""申请加入中国共产党""首次申请入党""大学入党申请""写入党申请书"等关键词，且为大学期间首次递交入党申请书的本科生或研究生。
不适用（需走其他 skill）：
- 思想汇报（每季度一份，1500~2000 字）→ 走思想汇报 skill

二、工作流程总览
四阶段串行执行，每阶段完成后再进入下一阶段：
阶段 1 信息采集（10~14 轮对话）： 按"通用基本信息 → 家庭主要成员 → 个人经历 → 思想发展过程 → 个人不足 → 递交信息"顺序采集。每轮不超过 4 个字段。家庭主要成员政治面貌、入党动机具体事例、思想变化关键节点必须追问到位，禁止编造。
阶段 2 书信体撰写（一次性产出）： 按"标题 → 称呼 → 入党志愿表达 → 对党的认识 → 个人经历与思想变化 → 个人不足与今后努力方向 → 结尾 → 落款"顺序撰写。正文 4000 字左右，4 段结构，每段严格控制在规范区间。政治用语全称规范，禁止形容词堆砌。
阶段 3 docx 生成：
调用 python build.py --data data.json --out output.docx 生成 Word 文档。data.json 字段定义见第十二章。
阶段 4 政治规范质检： 按第十三章 8 项政治规范检查 + 12 项格式检查清单逐项核对。任一不达标返回阶段 2 修改。重点核对：四个政治要点全称是否齐全、连续 50 字是否与党章原文重复、家庭主要成员政治面貌是否齐全、个人不足是否真实。
禁止行为：
- 抄党章原文连续 50 字以上（党支部查重会识别）
- 抄网络入党申请书模板（党支部查重会识别）
- 入党动机写成"党员身份有利于求职"（动机不端正直接退回）
- 个人不足写"工作太投入""追求完美"（假缺点直接退回）
- 用简写："党""习近平思想""20 大"
- 漏提习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、党的二十大、共产主义、全心全意为人民服务
- 编造家庭主要成员政治面貌（党支部会向本人与辅导员核实）
- 递交后轻率重写（一递交即长期保存）
