§0 红线提示（撰写前必读，违反任一条即可能被党支部延期转正或不予转正）
党员转正申请书是预备党员 1 年预备期满前 1~2 个月向党支部提交的政治性文书，直接决定是否按期转为正式党员。一经递交即归入本人政治档案长期保存，并作为党支部大会讨论表决、上级党委审批的核心依据。党支部会查重、会比对入党申请书与历次思想汇报、会向培养联系人和入党介绍人核实情况、会向辅导员和班级同学征求意见。本 §0 列出 10 条红线，违反任一条均可能导致延期转正（最长延期 1 年）或不予转正（依据《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》第三十五条至第三十七条及各高校实施细则）。
0.1 红线 1：递交时点必须卡在预备期满前 1~2 个月
预备党员的预备期为 1 年，自党支部大会通过其为预备党员之日算起。转正申请书须在预备期满前 1~2 个月递交，留出党支部审阅、征求党内外群众意见、召开支部大会讨论、报上级党委审批等程序时间：
- 过早递交（预备期满前 3 个月以上）：党支部不予受理，因预备期表现尚未充分体现；
- 过晚递交（预备期满前不足 2 周）：党支部程序来不及走完，可能导致延期转正；
- 逾期递交（预备期满后才递交）：必须书面说明逾期原因，党支部视情况决定是否受理，多数情况会延期转正 3~6 个月。
典型场景：某预备党员 2024 年 6 月 15 日被党支部大会通过为预备党员，预备期满日为 2025 年 6 月 15 日。其转正申请书递交窗口为 2025 年 4 月 15 日至 5 月 15 日之间（即预备期满前 1~2 个月）。
0.2 红线 2：必须本人手写，不得打印、不得下载网络模板
- 手写要求：使用 0.5mm 黑色签字笔（不用蓝色、不用圆珠笔），写在 16 开方格文稿纸或学校指定红色横线纸上；
- 禁打印：少数学校允许"打印 + 手写签名"作为过渡，但绝大多数高校明确要求手写；如学校允许打印，须本人手写签名 + 日期，且签名处不能为电子签名图片；
- 禁下载：禁止从互联网下载范文打印提交，党支部会比对网络模板（连续 30 字与网络范文重复即认定抄袭）；
- 字迹工整：写错字直接换纸，不能涂改、不能用修正液、不能用涂改带。
0.3 红线 3：政治表述必须 100% 准确
转正申请书是政治文书，政治表述必须 100% 准确，禁止任何形式的简写或缩略：
- 全称禁简写："中国共产党"不简写为"党"（孤立使用时）、"习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想"不简写为"习思想""新时代思想"、"党的二十届三中全会"不简写为"三中全会"（孤立使用时）；
- 指导思想 6 项顺序不可颠倒：马克思列宁主义 → 毛泽东思想 → 邓小平理论 → "三个代表"重要思想 → 科学发展观 → 习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想；
- "三个代表"必须加引号：规范表述为"三个代表"重要思想（双引号 + "重要思想"四字缺一不可）；
- 党的二十大不简写：禁止"20 大""二十大"（无"党的"前缀）等不规范表述；
- 习近平总书记称谓规范：禁止"习总""习主席""习总书记"，规范为"习近平总书记"；
- 预备期相关表述规范："预备党员"不简写为"预备"、"正式党员"不简写为"正式"、"转正"不简写为"转"。
0.4 红线 4：8 项表现汇报不得缺失
转正申请书必须完整汇报预备期内 8 个方面的表现（详见 §4.2），缺一不可：
- 理论学习情况（必含 1 年内学习的原著、时政、党课）；
- 政治立场坚定情况（必含对"两个确立""两个维护"的认识）；
- 工作学习情况（必含学业/工作成绩、专业排名、获奖情况）；
- 党员义务履行情况（必含 8 项党员义务的具体履行）；
- 党费缴纳情况（必含每月按时缴纳情况，不能漏缴、不能补缴）；
- 支部活动参与情况（必含三会一课、主题党日、组织生活会、民主评议党员）；
- 联系群众情况（必含联系班级同学、宿舍同学、团支部成员的具体行动）；
- 廉洁自律情况（必含遵守校规校纪、生活作风、网络言行）。
党支部审阅时，8 项任一缺失即退回重写，并可能延期 1~3 个月转正。
0.5 红线 5：缺点不足必须真实，不得为假缺点
- 假缺点禁用清单：工作太投入、追求完美、学习太刻苦、责任心太强、为人太直率、事必躬亲、太较真、工作太认真、对自己要求太高、太执着；
- 真实不足三要素：具体表现 + 根源分析 + 与上一年度入党申请书中不足的呼应（不能完全重复入党申请书中的不足）；
- 数量要求：3~4 个真实不足，每个含表现 + 根源；
- 党章对照：必须对照《中国共产党章程》第三条党员 8 项义务，明确哪几项义务履行不够到位。
