Three-layer verification that plan.md is consistent with its upstream design documents.

Arguments:

  • {design-name} (required) — must match an existing directory under three-pillars-docs/tp-designs/.
  • --spike (optional) — spike mode. Expects Hypothesis/Try/Evaluate task format instead of File/Test/Red/Green. Skips detailed-design.md requirement. Adjusts council prompts for experiment quality review.
  • --light (optional) — light weight-class mode (see skills/_shared/weight-class.md). Audits a collapsed design.md + thin plan.md pair: detailed-design.md is not required, the council runs one merged conceptual+plan pass instead of the design-audit + plan-audit pair, and divergent weight-class frontmatter is a hard ERROR. Task fields stay File/Test/Red/Green (light is production work).
  • --auto (optional) — autonomous mode. Auto-resolves findings by accepting council recommendations, applies plan.md fixes without user confirmation, logs each resolution to decisions.md. See skills/_shared/auto-mode.md for convention. Composable with --spike.
