Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00029 | $0.00446 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00223 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00006 | $0.00089 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00045 |
Grade A, and why
record-transactions scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
/record-transactions
Purpose
Produce a complete transaction register from source documents with source links.
Preconditions
- Read shared guardrails (
shared/guardrails.md). - Load firm profile from
~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-accounting/firm-profile.mdif present. - Load plugin config from
~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-accounting/{{plugin}}/CLAUDE.mdif present. - Load active client engagement README / workspace if one is open.
- Never fabricate numbers. Re-read source documents if figures are missing from context.
Streams
A. Bank / cash receipts & payments
For every bank line:
date | description | amount | DR/CR | bank_account | source_file | source_page_or_row | running_balance
Verify:
- Opening = prior closing (or zero)
- Closing = statement closing
- Running balance unbroken
B. Sales (if invoices provided)
invoice_no | date | customer | amount | tax | revenue_type | source
C. Purchases
invoice_no | date | supplier | amount | tax | expense_or_asset | source
D. Payroll (if payslips)
Monthly: gross, allowances, employee deductions, employer statutory, net pay. Check net ↔ bank payment.
E. Manual journals already provided by client
Record as-is; mark source=client_journal; do not “fix” silently.
Completion
Done when: every provided stream is in a structured register with source links; missing bank months are must stop or with limitation — never interpolated.
Output
Structured dataset (CSV/JSON/workpaper sheet) ready for classification.
Do not classify here unless user asked for combined pass — prefer handoff to classify-transactions.
Failures
Missing months → STOP or log AMBER limitation. Never interpolate missing bank activity.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

record-transactions is a skill published in the GitHub repository cynco-labs/ai-accounting-skills (3 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 29 tokens to every session and 446 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
Other skills, from other repositories
jangbu-import
A data-import workflow for turning bank files, card records, spreadsheets, receipts, tax invoices, and statement PDFs into a standard set of 13 transaction fields. OCR, or optical character recognition, is used to read information from document images and PDFs.
countbean-accounting
Rules for writing correct double-entry Beancount transactions when managing a Countbean cloud book — account naming, how to balance postings, categorisation, and safe ingestion. Use whenever recording, importing, or correcting financial data in a Countbean book.
csv-importer
A tool for importing transaction CSV files—spreadsheet files separated by commas—from Japanese accounting software and classifying every imported row.
tax-prep
Organize financial records into tax-ready reports — P&L mapped to Schedule C lines, quarterly breakdowns, 1099 contractor summary, and flagged items requiring special treatment. Does not file taxes or give tax advice. Coordinates with specialized skills for meals, depreciation, home office, vehicle, and 1099 details.…
Invoice Organizer
Organize, categorize, and track invoices and receipts.
reading-receipt
An image-reading workflow for extracting structured information from receipts, invoices, and hometown-tax donation certificates. It can first extract text from PDFs and otherwise read their images.
