deepworkplan-addon-herdr

deepworkplan-addon-herdr is a skill for Claude Code from DailybotHQ/deepworkplan-skill. It costs 158 tokens per session (3,043 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A proposed add-on for coordinating coding agents across the developer's own machines through a Herdr agent mesh. It is not active in the described version, and repositories without Herdr continue to use one agent.

In plain words
What is it for?
When implemented, it is intended for discovering peers and delegating selected plan work to them; the supplied description does not establish that these jobs are currently supported.
Why use it?
It describes a future way to split a deep work plan across agents, but the current onboarding and execution flows do not use it. It therefore should not be treated as an available v6 feature.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00158 $0.03043
Opus 5.5 $0.00063 $0.01217
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00032 $0.00609
Haiku 4.5 $0.00016 $0.00304

Security

Grade A, and why

deepworkplan-addon-herdr scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

DeepWorkPlan — Herdr Addon (interactive delegation transport)

Integrate herdr-peers — one authorized ask/reply between coding agents in Herdr panes, on this machine or another — as the interactive transport a v7 plan may use to delegate a task that needs interaction, runs long, or must run on another machine. This is an opt-in addon, never required for a repo to be AI-first and never a conformance gate: without it every task runs in the current session.

This addon is a thin integrator. The message protocol (stamp, grant, loop guard, depth limit, fan-out cap, scope) is owned by the pinned herdr-peers skill and its helper; Herdr's own commands are owned by Herdr's official skill. This folder carries neither: it carries detection, the install lines, the transport mapping and the journaling rule.

  • install.md — the pinned install lines (host and container).
  • templates/INTEGRATION.md — one interactive delegate end to end.
  • ../../execute/delegation.md — when a plan may delegate at all.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
