creator-flow: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/zimeiti-video-wrap-up/SKILL.md

zimeiti-video-wrap-up is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from Damonhhh/creator-flow. It costs 70 tokens per session (1,027 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A video-project handoff procedure for finishing a completed video and preparing its publishing package.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps verify finished video files, subtitles, vertical and horizontal covers, publishing assets, and publishing copy before synchronising the project to its release location.
Why use it?
It prevents publishing an incomplete project by checking the final video, quality report, subtitles, covers, copy, and other required materials.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00070 $0.01027
Opus 5 $0.00035 $0.00513
Sonnet 5 $0.00014 $0.00205
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00103

Security

Grade A, and why

zimeiti-video-wrap-up scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Zimeiti Video Wrap-Up

Rule

When this skill triggers, do not answer with only the final MP4 path. Treat the request as a command to finish the publishing handoff.

Wrap-up is not a place to do late creative work. The default rule is:

收尾不是补课。收尾只验证已完成产物,并把同一版交付物同步到发布位置。缺产物就中断,回到对应阶段。

Read First

Read these files before executing:

  1. references/wrap-up-checklist.md
  2. docs\cover-system.md

Then execute against the active videos\YYYY-MM-DD-short-name project.

Fast Path

Prefer the script:

powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\scripts\invoke-video-wrap-up.ps1 -VideoDir <video-project-dir> -Collection <collection-name>

Use this fast path when the project already has:

  • a final MP4;
  • a passing QA report;
  • subtitles when the project has narration/subtitles;
  • vertical and horizontal covers in publish/;
  • a complete publish/ package;
  • a passing publish-copy-v1 plan and scorecard matching config\publish.local.json.

Publishing Copy Gate

Before the fast path, verify that the project publishing copy was produced from the final video rather than improvised during sync.

Follow zimeiti-video-workflow\references\publish-copy-contract.md. Create a viewer brief from the final script/render, generate and score at least 8 titles across at least 4 real angles, select one promise the video repays, then make the body and first comment continue that same line. Finish with the account style and $humanize-writing; do not invent facts to make the copy sharper.

This gate updates or verifies at least:

  • publish\标题.md
  • publish\正文.md
  • publish\首评.md
  • publish\标签.md
  • publish\发布包.md

Record the production and independent review in:

  • draft\publish-copy\publish-copy-plan.json
  • review\publish-copy-scorecard-vNN.json

The scorecard must name:

  • status: PASS;
  • a non-empty review method and reviewer;
  • the exact selected title ID and final title;
  • the final script/render paths and SHA-256 values under sourceBinding;
  • body, first-comment, voice, and platform scores;
  • the factual, payoff, continuation, humanize, and platform hard checks required by the contract.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
