Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00066 | $0.00925 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00033 | $0.00463 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00013 | $0.00185 |

Grade A, and why
blueprint-merge scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 108 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Blueprint Merge — Collapse Nested Blueprint Back to Flat
The reverse of /blueprint-split. If a previously-split blueprint
turns out to be small enough that the nested layout is more friction
than benefit, this skill collapses it back into one flat file.
When to Use
- User types
/blueprint-merge {dir} - User says "merge this blueprint back", "분할 취소", "되돌려"
- A previously-split directory has shrunk and the nesting is now noise
Usage
/blueprint-merge src
/blueprint-merge .claude
The argument is the original directory name (use .claude, not
_claude).
Instructions
Step 1: Validate Inputs
-
Check the user supplied a directory argument. If not, list nested blueprint directories (
ls -d .omniscitus/blueprints/*/ 2>/dev/null) and ask which to merge. -
Verify the nested directory exists:
blueprints/{normalize(dir)}/(normalize = leading.→_)- If not, report that the blueprint isn't currently split and stop.
-
Verify the flat file does not already exist:
blueprints/{normalize(dir)}.yaml- If both nested directory and flat file exist, the state is ambiguous. Report and ask the user which to keep before proceeding.
Step 2: Read All Nested Files
Read every *.yaml under blueprints/{normalize(dir)}/ except
_index.yaml. Parse each one and merge their files: entries into
a single map. There should be no key collisions across nested files
because each file is keyed by a different bucket — but if there are
(e.g., from a manual edit), the later file wins and emit a warning.
Step 3: Write the Flat File
Write the merged result to blueprints/{normalize(dir)}.yaml using
the same yaml format the hook produces. Preserve all fields per
entry. Sort entries alphabetically by path key for stable diffs.
Step 4: Update migrate-config.yaml
Read .omniscitus/migrate-config.yaml. Remove the entry for the
target directory from the blueprint_splits: section. If
blueprint_splits becomes empty after the removal, drop the key
entirely.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

blueprint-merge is a skill published in the GitHub repository DanialDaeHyunNam/omniscitus (5 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 66 tokens to every session and 925 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
