Stage 1: Aware The prospect learns you exist. They may have found you through a search, a social post, a referral, or an ad. At this stage, they know nothing about you and have no reason to trust you.
Stage 2: Engage The prospect consumes your content. They read an article, watch a video, listen to a podcast. They're evaluating whether you're worth paying attention to. Your job: be genuinely useful.
