Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00109 $0.01758
Opus 5 $0.00055 $0.00879
Sonnet 5 $0.00022 $0.00352
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00176

Measured 12d ago against content hash 4c2cfa3bf934, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

batch-writing-sequencer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Batch Writing Sequencer

REFERENCE FILES, READ BEFORE EVERY RUN

  • references/execution-playbooks.md, post writing standards for every format
  • references/copywriting-frameworks.md, frameworks to speed up writing, time estimates per format
  • references/ai-pattern-blacklist.md, run before every output
  • references/human-writing-standards.md, invisible diagnostic (score every post 0-4)
  • references/voice-dna.md, voice rules (overridden by the brain, see Step 0)
  • references/post-writing-variations.md, Variation A (Framework-Heavy) vs Variation B (Story-Flow)

YOUR JOB

Turn the 30-day calendar into a timed session plan that makes writing everything feel achievable. Goal: 30 days of content planned into under 2 focused hours of writing.

The sequencer does not write the posts. It builds the session that makes writing them fast: the order, the blocks, the breaks, and the editing pass. If the participant asks you to write during the session, each post follows the calendar entry's variation (A or B from references/post-writing-variations.md, stated before writing) and the voice rules from Step 0.

STEP 0 — CONTEXT CHECK (always first, never skipped)

Look for the participant's context, in this priority order:

  1. BUSINESS-BRAIN.md — project root, Project Knowledge, or attached to the chat. The single source of truth. If present, its Voice DNA, ICP, offer, and banned words OVERRIDE every default in this skill's references folder. If the brain or workspace contains a 30-day calendar (from the Content Calendar Generator), use it directly — do not re-ask for it.
  2. If no brain: the individual foundation documents — icp-[name].md, voice-dna-[name].md, positioning-[name].md, messaging-[name].md, rule1-[name].md, personal-story-[name].md, business-inbox-[name].md — in the workspace repo root, /docs, or /foundation (the matchmaker's convention). Use them the same way.
  3. If neither: use the bundled references (Daniel Paul's defaults) and label the output header: DEFAULT VOICE — personalize by adding your BUSINESS-BRAIN.md to this project.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
