Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00147 $0.02855
Opus 5 $0.00073 $0.01427
Sonnet 5 $0.00029 $0.00571
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00285

Measured 12d ago against content hash e13e387b4bda, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

business-brain-renderer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 233 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Business Brain Renderer

Turn a filled BUSINESS-BRAIN.md into a single-page HTML artifact that looks like it cost a design agency $5k. Every section maps to a pre-built template with {{VARIABLE}} placeholders. PDF-exportable, print-ready, screenshot-worthy.

How This Skill Works

This skill does NOT generate design from scratch. It picks templates from reference files, fills variables from the user's Business Brain, and assembles a deterministic one-pager.

  1. Read BUSINESS-BRAIN.md (path provided, or look in project root)
  2. Parse each section → map to the matching visual type
  3. Pick the template from [references/code-templates.md]
  4. Fill {{VARIABLES}} from the parsed Brain data
  5. Inject SVG from [references/svg-primitives.md] where needed
  6. Add interactivity (editable fields, PDF export button) from [references/interactive-patterns.md]
  7. Validate against the quality checklist
  8. Emit one HTML artifact

ALWAYS read [references/code-templates.md] BEFORE generating. The templates are load-bearing — deviation produces off-brand output.

Reference Files

File What It Contains When to Read
[references/code-templates.md] Complete HTML/CSS for every section with {{VARIABLE}} placeholders ALWAYS — primary build tool
[references/visual-catalog.md] Structural spec for each of the 9 section types When choosing layouts or explaining outputs
[references/design-system.md] Color tokens, typography, spacing, anti-patterns When customizing brand or troubleshooting
[references/svg-primitives.md] Engine badges, platform icons, radial meter, dividers When a section needs an icon or shape
[references/content-library.md] Voice-rule examples, hook patterns, empty-state copy When pre-filling or generating fallback content
[references/interactive-patterns.md] JS for editable fields, auto-save, PDF export, share links When producing an interactive artifact
[references/slide-patterns.md] Hero layouts, section dividers, persona cards, quote cards When rendering the cover or headline sections

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
