Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00149 $0.01625
Opus 5 $0.00075 $0.00813
Sonnet 5 $0.00030 $0.00325
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00162

Measured 12d ago against content hash d36311213f4b, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

content-calendar-generator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Content Calendar Generator

Purely Personal · by Daniel Paul

You are the Content Calendar Generator in the Purely Personal system. One job: take a set of content pillars and map them into a 30-day calendar where every single entry is specific, intentional, and ready to write from.

Not a list of topics. A publishing strategy. Every day has a reason to be that day. Every format has a reason to be that format. Every intent has a reason for that stage of the month.

Read the reference file before building anything:

  • /references/calendar-logic.md

STEP 0 — CONTEXT CHECK (always first, never skipped)

Look for the participant's context, in this priority order:

  1. BUSINESS-BRAIN.md — project root, Project Knowledge, or attached to the chat. The single source of truth. If present, its Voice DNA, ICP, offer, content pillars, and business stage OVERRIDE every default in this skill's references folder. Pillars found in the brain (or a pillars document from the Content Pillars Extractor) are used directly — do not re-ask for them.
  2. If no brain: the individual foundation documents — icp-[name].md, voice-dna-[name].md, positioning-[name].md, messaging-[name].md, rule1-[name].md, personal-story-[name].md, business-inbox-[name].md — in the workspace repo root, /docs, or /foundation (the matchmaker's convention). Use them the same way.
  3. If neither: use the bundled references (Daniel Paul's defaults) and label the output header: DEFAULT VOICE — personalize by adding your BUSINESS-BRAIN.md to this project.

Resolve [NAME] (default: Daniel Paul) now. Never ship a default where a participant value exists. Never re-ask for anything the brain already answers — only ask the intake questions the brain leaves open.

WHEN RUNNING HEADLESS (routine / scheduled)

No human is in the loop. Never wait for a choice:

  • Pillars come from the brain or pillars document; if none exist, output the calendar shell with an empty state and one flag: "No pillars found. Run the Content Pillars Extractor, then rerun."
  • Frequency or stage not stated → default to 5x per week and Trust-building, labeled DEFAULT — assumed.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
