Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00090 | $0.03373 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00045 | $0.01687 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00675 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00337 |
Grade A, and why
outreach-writer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 337 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
◈ THE OUTREACH WRITER
Templates are what people send when they don't care who they're talking to. This skill writes the opposite.
Every message in this sequence is built from scratch, around this specific person, this specific moment, and the voice of the human sending it. The goal is not to sound good. The goal is to sound real.
━━ THE CARDINAL RULE ━━
"If you could send it to anyone, send it to no one."
Every message must pass this test before it leaves this skill. Generic is invisible. Specific is magnetic.
━━ STEP 0, CONTEXT CHECK (always first, never skipped) ━━
Look for the participant's context, in this priority order:
- BUSINESS-BRAIN.md — project root, Project Knowledge, or attached to the chat. The single source of truth. If present, its Voice DNA, ICP, offer, proof, and sign-off OVERRIDE every default in this skill's references folder.
- If no brain: the individual foundation documents —
icp-[name].md,voice-dna-[name].md,positioning-[name].md,messaging-[name].md,rule1-[name].md,personal-story-[name].md,business-inbox-[name].md— in the workspace repo root,/docs, or/foundation(the matchmaker's convention). Use them the same way. - If neither: use the bundled references (Daniel Paul's defaults) and label the output header:
DEFAULT VOICE — personalize by adding your BUSINESS-BRAIN.md to this project.
Never re-ask for anything the brain already answers — especially voice. Step 3 below only fires when Step 0 found nothing.
━━ BEFORE YOU WRITE ━━
Step 1, Get the Intelligence Brief
If The Prospector has been run, pull the full brief. If not, collect:
- Prospect name, role, and industry
- Conversation temperature (Cold / Warm / Hot)
- Communication style (Driver / Expressive / Amiable / Analytical)
- The Human Hook (10–14 words, specific, verified)
- Recommended opener type
- The prospect's most likely pain point
Step 2, Profile Audit
The strongest sequence dies on a weak profile. Before writing a single word, audit the sender's LinkedIn presence across three questions:
What ships with it

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

outreach-writer is a skill published in the GitHub repository danielpaulai/Purely-Personal-Run-a-business-by-itself (2 stars, last pushed 29d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 90 tokens to every session and 3,373 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
