Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade C, and why
continuous-learning-skill scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 28d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Recursive force deletehighDestructive command
rm -rf with a variable or a broad path is one typo away from removing the wrong tree.
When protocol is enabled, this skill defaults to `Iterations: 10` (sufficient for typical single-pass workflows). Override with `Iterations: N` for specific tasks. Safety blocks: `.env`, `node_modules/`, `rm -rf`, `git p How it starts

What I do
The full memory-hygiene procedure (user AGENTS.md §Memory Hygiene defers here): capture reusable patterns/decisions/insights from coding sessions into LEARNINGS/ markdown, scoped project or user.
When to use me
Before any review/plan/debug: recall first. After non-trivial fixes/decisions: capture (one entry per fix/decision — never routine commits, secrets, PII, or file contents).
Storage
LEARNINGS/<category>/<slug>.md is the single store (the memory tool has no v2 plugin; the manifest auto-injects per session via the local plugin — glob+read of LEARNINGS/ is the fallback). Categories: patterns/ · decisions/ · solutions/ (short-form) · conventions/ · anti-patterns/ (short-form).
Scope: project = repo learnings (the repo's own LEARNINGS/); user = cross-project preferences (~/.config/opencode/LEARNINGS/). Project detection: git toplevel + repo name. Promote project → user only when a learning proved true in ≥2 projects.
Entry format
[Category]: [Title]
Scope: [project|user]
Confidence: [0.3-0.9]
Trigger: [when this applies]
Action: [what to do]
Context: [when/where this applies]
Detail: [what the pattern/decision is]
Rationale: [why this approach]
Evidence: [what observations support it]
Files: [related paths, if any]
Core workflow
- Analyze session: files touched, decisions + rationale, errors → solutions, patterns used, config/dependency changes, user corrections (highest-value signal — a wrong assumption was corrected).
- Extract atomic instincts: trigger + action + confidence + domain + scope + evidence. One instinct per fact; confidence from evidence strength.
- Categorize per the folder table above.
- Write the entry — always, in the body format above.
- Update
LEARNINGS/_index.mdin the same write as the entry file: insert the new entry directly below the single<!-- Entries are appended here automatically when new learnings are saved -->marker — never re-add the marker (duplicates split the index), never leave the entry unwritten (an unindexed learning is invisible to the_index.mdfallback search). Match the existing entry shape:### <title>+ Category / File / Confidence / Scope / (Date) / Summary lines. When an existing learning's facts change, update its index entry (heading + summary) in the same write — a corrected file under a stale index entry is the exact drift this rule exists to kill. - Suggest applications: where the learning should change behavior next session (one line).
- Evolve: a learning re-confirmed in later sessions raises confidence; contradicted → revise or demote (never silently delete — mark superseded).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

continuous-learning-skill is a skill published in the GitHub repository darellchua2/opencode-config-template (6 stars, last pushed 28d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 28 tokens to every session and 1,054 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 1 finding (recursive force delete). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
