review-fix

review-fix is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from DasDigitaleMomentum/opencode-processing-skills. It costs 28 tokens per session (1,129 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A fix step that applies accepted findings from a review of an implementation or implementation plan. It can reuse the reviewer's earlier reasoning when that context helps resolve the findings.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after an implementation review or implementation-plan review to make the accepted corrections and verify the related work.
Why use it?
It turns review feedback into related corrections without losing important details about why the issues were identified.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00028 $0.01129
Opus 5 $0.00014 $0.00564
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00226
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00113

Security

Grade A, and why

review-fix scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Skill: Review Fix

This skill is a remediation path after a review. It preserves reviewer context when retained analysis, unresolved assumptions, or cross-file reasoning materially benefits the accepted fix.

The primary SHOULD resume the reviewer that produced the findings using the same task_id when that reasoning remains valuable. Prefer a fresh lean session for a fully specified, self-contained fix or verification when accumulated context cost is disproportionate. Do not decide from session age or file count alone. The reviewer may apply related fixes across several files, call sites, and tests when they remain part of the reviewed objective.

When to Use

Use after:

  • review-implementation-plan identifies corrections to an implementation plan.
  • review-implementation identifies code, test, configuration, or integration corrections.

Do not use for:

  • Initial review work.
  • Plan review corrections; plans remain conversation-owned by the primary. Resume the reviewer for clarification, then update the plan through update-plan.
  • A genuinely new objective, changed gated scope, new dependency decision, or user-requested independent perspective.
  • An unavailable or deliberately discarded reviewer session, or a self-contained fix better served by a fresh lean context. Use execute-work-package for new runtime work or author-and-verify-implementation-plan for new implementation-plan work.

Required Inputs

The continuation prompt SHOULD provide:

  • Review artifact path.
  • Accepted finding IDs or a clear description of the accepted findings.
  • Target type: implementation-plan or implementation.
  • Relevant scope or primary decisions. Do not require an exact file allowlist when related call sites or tests need to be discovered.
  • A verification command or the expected verification goal. Identify whether a supplied command is broad/full. The reviewer may choose focused targeted tests when none were supplied.

Use tpl-review-fix-prompt.md. Resume the same reviewer task_id only when retained reasoning materially benefits remediation; otherwise use the fresh lean path described above.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
