No env var/token → warned no-op, not a throw. Non-2xx or a network error → warned false, not a throw. Error bodies are truncated to 300 chars in the warn log — don't expect full payloads there. New integrations should copy this shape rather than inventing a new failure contract.

Entry file: apps/gateway/src/lib/brevo.ts. Single internal brevoPost() helper (follows the shape above) wraps all HTTP calls; two public functions call it: upsertBrevoContact() (POST /contacts) and sendBrevoTemplate() (POST /smtp/email).
