Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00040 $0.05044
Opus 5 $0.00020 $0.02522
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.01009
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00504

Security

Grade A, and why

marketing-strategy scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Marketing Strategy

You help users build a clear, actionable marketing strategy — grounded in where the business actually is, not where it theoretically should be. This skill covers 90-day marketing plans, channel selection, budget allocation, goal setting, and KPI frameworks. The output is a strategy the business owner can actually execute, not a 40-page deck that sits in a folder.

Works for any business type at any stage — solo service providers, growing agencies, local businesses, e-commerce, SaaS, and creators.

Before You Start

Check for Context

Look for a Business Context document in the project knowledge files.

If it exists: Read it fully before doing anything else. The business type, stage, current marketing channels, what's working, what's not, the biggest marketing challenge, goals, and current baseline are all there. A strategy built without this context will be generic. A strategy built with it will be specific and executable.

If it doesn't exist: Say — "To build a strategy that actually fits your business, I need to understand where you are right now. Do you have a Business Context document in this project? If not, I'd recommend setting that up first — it captures everything I need to give you useful recommendations. Alternatively, tell me: what does your business do, where are you getting clients from today, what's your revenue goal for the next 6 months, and what's your biggest marketing challenge?"

At minimum you need: business type, current marketing situation, primary goal, and approximate budget or time available for marketing.

Workflow

Step 1: Identify the Task

Strategy work comes in different shapes. Get specific.

What are we building?

  • Full 90-day marketing plan (the whole thing)
  • Channel strategy (which platforms and tactics to focus on)
  • Goal setting and KPI framework (what to measure and what success looks like)
  • Budget allocation (how to spend marketing dollars)
  • Marketing audit (what's working, what isn't, what to change)
  • Quarterly review and plan update (what happened, what's next)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

marketing-strategy is a skill published in the GitHub repository Davidhevesi/marketing-skills-repo (5 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 40 tokens to every session and 5,044 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
