Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00031 $0.00481
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00241
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00096
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00048

Security

Grade A, and why

delx-wellness-onboarding scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Delx Wellness Onboarding

When to Use

Use this immediately after installing the Delx Wellness Hermes profile, or when the user says they want to set up the Wellness Agent.

Procedure

  1. Explain that onboarding helps personalize wellness context and connector setup.
  2. Ask for language, timezone, units, and optional body basics.
  3. Ask about goals: training, recovery, sleep, nutrition, stress, sport, body composition, longevity, or consistency.
  4. Ask which data sources they use: WHOOP, Garmin, Oura, Strava, Fitbit, Google Health, Withings, Apple Health, Samsung Health, Polar, Nourish, Exercise Catalog.
  5. Ask about weekly training, sports, schedule, equipment, limitations, and preferred workout duration.
  6. Ask about nutrition preferences, food restrictions, calorie/macro goals, and whether to confirm before logging meals.
  7. Ask how they want Telegram responses: concise, detailed, pt-BR, English, videos, or evidence-heavy.
  8. Save non-secret preferences into wellness-profile.json when the client allows file updates.
  9. Summarize the profile and list the next connector setup commands or MCP status checks.

Safety

  • Do not pressure the user to share sensitive body details.
  • Do not ask for secrets, tokens, passwords, cookies, or API keys in chat.
  • Do not store OAuth tokens, cookies, API keys, refresh tokens, or raw provider secrets in wellness-profile.json.
  • Treat medical conditions, pain, symptoms, eating disorder signals, pregnancy, and medication context as reasons to be conservative and recommend professional support.

Output

  • Short welcome.
  • A structured question flow.
  • A wellness-profile.json update plan or saved profile summary with no secrets.
  • A final setup summary.
  • Missing connector checklist.

Verification

The onboarding is complete when the user has a basic profile, goals, device list, training context, nutrition context if desired, and the smallest next connector action.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
