delx-wellness-sleep

delx-wellness-sleep is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from davidmosiah/delx-wellness-hermes. It costs 20 tokens per session (243 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A sleep-analysis guide for Delx Wellness data providers. It explains how sleep measurements relate to recovery and training.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to compare recent sleep duration, quality, heart, breathing, activity, and training signals, then suggest one practical change for the next sleep period.
Why use it?
It helps turn sleep and recovery readings into a cautious explanation without treating one night's data as a diagnosis.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00020 $0.00243
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00121
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00049
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00024

Measured 12d ago against content hash 5cada76cc4bd, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

delx-wellness-sleep scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Delx Wellness Sleep

When to Use

Use this when the user asks why sleep was good or bad, what changed, or how sleep is affecting training and recovery.

Procedure

  1. Pull current and recent sleep context through wellness_today, wellness_summary, or provider-specific tools.
  2. Compare sleep duration, quality score, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, strain, and activity context when available.
  3. State the most likely wellness explanation.
  4. Suggest one practical adjustment for the next sleep window.

Output

  • Main sleep read.
  • Supporting signals.
  • Training impact.
  • One adjustment for tonight.

Pitfalls

  • Do not over-interpret a single night.
  • Do not diagnose sleep disorders.
  • Mention stale or missing data.

Verification

The answer should identify which provider supplied sleep context and whether the data is fresh.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
