What is contract-refresh?

A contract-update workflow for applying changed JSON contract files to software development kits (SDKs) and a command-line tool (CLI). It regenerates shared wire types, updates both SDKs, adapts the CLI, and prepares changelog entries.

Use it after a pull request changes files under contract/ or when refreshing the contract across the SDKs and CLI.

It helps find breaking or newly added contract changes and keeps the SDKs and CLI aligned.
