Grade B, and why

Claude switch account
Switches the active Claude Code account by swapping saved copies of
.credentials.json, with no browser OAuth round-trip.
There is still a single ~/.claude: settings, memory, projects/, skills and
plugins stay shared. Only the credentials file changes.

Snapshots are always plain files under the store on every platform. Only the live credential location differs: a file on Windows and Linux, the login Keychain on macOS.

Run the sessions command before activating anything. It prints
