What is continuous-learning?

A process for reviewing completed tasks and recording reusable, verified lessons as focused skills when the lesson is not obvious.

Use it after tasks or retrospectives to decide whether a repeatable problem-solving lesson should become a maintained skill.

It helps prevent useful solutions from being forgotten while avoiding notes based only on guesses or one-off details.
