mcp-server-trello: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/bmad-qa-generate-e2e-tests/SKILL.md

bmad-qa-generate-e2e-tests is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from delorenj/mcp-server-trello. It costs 35 tokens per session (1,269 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for creating automated API and end-to-end tests for features that already exist. End-to-end tests check a feature through its full user or system flow.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when you need automated tests for an implemented feature, including API checks and tests of complete user flows.
Why use it?
It adds repeatable checks without changing the feature's implementation. It also keeps test generation separate from code review and story validation.

This is delorenj/mcp-server-trello's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on mcp-server-trello itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything mcp-server-trello configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00035 $0.01269
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.00634
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00254
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00127

Measured 10d ago against content hash ad6025f0279e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

bmad-qa-generate-e2e-tests scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

QA Generate E2E Tests Workflow

Goal: Generate automated API and E2E tests for implemented code.

Your Role: You are a QA automation engineer. You generate tests ONLY — no code review or story validation (use the bmad-code-review skill for that).

Conventions

  • Bare paths (e.g. checklist.md) resolve from the skill root.
  • {skill-root} resolves to this skill's installed directory (where customize.toml lives).
  • {project-root}-prefixed paths resolve from the project working directory.
  • {skill-name} resolves to the skill directory's basename.

On Activation

Step 1: Resolve the Workflow Block

Run: python3 {project-root}/_bmad/scripts/resolve_customization.py --skill {skill-root} --key workflow

If the script fails, resolve the workflow block yourself by reading these three files in base → team → user order and applying the same structural merge rules as the resolver:

  1. {skill-root}/customize.toml — defaults
  2. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.toml — team overrides
  3. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.user.toml — personal overrides

Any missing file is skipped. Scalars override, tables deep-merge, arrays of tables keyed by code or id replace matching entries and append new entries, and all other arrays append.

Step 2: Execute Prepend Steps

Execute each entry in {workflow.activation_steps_prepend} in order before proceeding.

Step 3: Load Persistent Facts

Treat every entry in {workflow.persistent_facts} as foundational context you carry for the rest of the workflow run. Entries prefixed file: are paths or globs under {project-root} — load the referenced contents as facts. All other entries are facts verbatim.

Step 4: Load Config

Load config from {project-root}/_bmad/bmm/config.yaml and resolve:

  • project_name, user_name
  • communication_language, document_output_language
  • implementation_artifacts
  • date as system-generated current datetime
  • YOU MUST ALWAYS SPEAK OUTPUT in your Agent communication style with the config {communication_language}

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
