Z-ZERO Autonomous Payment

Z-ZERO Autonomous Payment is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from Dempty-glitch/Z-Zero-mcp. It costs 32 tokens per session (941 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A procedure for making online purchases through the Z-ZERO payment service without exposing a real card number to the agent.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for buying digital goods, APIs, and subscriptions while following a required verification and payment-token workflow.
Why use it?
It adds checks for the item, price, available balance, and temporary payment authorization before a purchase can proceed.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00032 $0.00941
Opus 5.5 $0.00013 $0.00376
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00188
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00094

Security

Grade A, and why

Z-ZERO Autonomous Payment scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 16d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Z-ZERO Autonomous Payment Skill

This skill provides you (the AI Agent) with the capability to autonomously purchase digital goods, APIs, and subscriptions on the internet on behalf of your human user, without ever handling raw credit card data.

You must strictly follow this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) when a human user asks you to buy something.

Workflow: The 4-Step Zero-Trust Payment

When asked to make a purchase, execute the following steps precisely in order. Do NOT skip any steps.

Step 1: Verification & Intent

  1. Confirm exactly what the user wants to buy and the total expected price (in USD).
  2. If the price is unknown, navigate to the merchant's pricing page to determine the exact cost before proceeding.
  3. Call the check_balance tool using your default card_alias to ensure you have sufficient funds in your Z-ZERO internal balance.
    • If balance is insufficient, STOP immediately and ask the human to deposit Crypto into their Z-ZERO Web Dashboard.

Step 2: Requesting the JIT Token

  1. Do not ask for a real credit card number. You will NEVER see or handle a real 16-digit card number.
  2. Call the request_payment_token tool with the exact amount required and the merchant name.
  3. You will receive a temporary token (e.g., temp_auth_1a2b...). This token is valid for only 15 minutes and is strictly locked to the requested amount.

Step 3: Locating the Checkout

  1. Identify the exact URL of the merchant's checkout/payment page where the credit card details are normally entered.
  2. Ensure you have the exact, full URL (e.g., https://checkout.stripe.dev/pay or https://github.com/settings/billing/payment).

Step 4: Blind Execution (The MCP Bridge)

  1. Call the execute_payment tool, passing in:
    • The token obtained in Step 2.
    • The checkout_url identified in Step 3.
  2. Behind the scenes: The Z-ZERO MCP Server will open a headless Playwright browser, securely exchange your temporary token for real card details directly with the Neobank backend, inject the card into the form, and click "Pay".
  3. The token will instantly burn (self-destruct) after use.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Z-ZERO Autonomous Payment is a skill published in the GitHub repository Dempty-glitch/Z-Zero-mcp (1 stars, last pushed 17d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 32 tokens to every session and 941 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-01.
