glass-dark-mode-clock

glass-dark-mode-clock is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from devinilabs/pro-skill. It costs 34 tokens per session (812 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of glass-dark-mode-clock, MIT.

A visual design guide for dark interfaces that use frosted panels, grid beams, calibration dials, and clock-like circular elements.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to design dark navigation, controls, hero sections, circular dials, and related motion.
Why use it?
It gives a consistent structure for creating a sci-fi instrument-panel look instead of assembling unrelated glass effects.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00034 $0.00812
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.00406
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00162
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00081

Security

Grade A, and why

glass-dark-mode-clock scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Glass Dark Mode Clock Skill

Use When

  • Create a dark glass design system with frosted shells, soft beam grids, circular clock-like calibration dials, and precise sci-fi instrument framing.

Workflow

Scope

  • Apply this as a full design-system direction across background, shells, navigation, hero layout, controls, circular focal components, and motion.
  • Use it when the interface should feel like a premium dark instrument panel with glassy surfaces and a clock, dial, or calibration-device centerpiece.
  • This is not generic glassmorphism and not just a standalone radial widget. The full interface should support the clock-like system aesthetic.

Visual target

  • Build the page on a black or near-black base with very subtle grid lines, vertical and horizontal beam guides, and faint structural crosshairs.
  • Use dark glass or frosted-black surfaces for nav bars, pills, and controls, with blur, thin white edge gradients, and restrained reflection.
  • Introduce a dominant circular focal element that feels like a clock, calibration dial, or resonance instrument with rings, ticks, degrees, or rotating text paths.
  • Keep the palette mostly monochrome: black, white, zinc, and smoky gray. Accent brightness should come from glass highlights and soft white glow rather than saturated color.
  • Let the result feel precise, scientific, and slightly cinematic, with the circular dial anchoring the page like a timekeeping or calibration device.

Implementation guidance

  • Use frosted shells with thin gradient borders, low-opacity fills, and soft backdrop blur for navigation, pills, and action controls.
  • Support the circular centerpiece with crosshair lines, calibration marks, mono labels, radial rings, and small interface cues so it feels engineered.
  • The clock or dial should be layered: outer ring, tick marks, rotating labels or text, central core, and optional hex or geometric inner frame.
  • Keep hero copy clean and sparse, placed beside the dial within a split layout or balanced two-column composition.
  • If motion is present, favor slow rotating rings, drifting beams, subtle wisps, and gentle reveal sequences. Motion should feel continuous and meditative rather than flashy.
  • Glass treatment should stay dark and premium. Avoid translucent white blobs; use controlled smoky fills with crisp highlights instead.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
