Campos: tipo e texto são obrigatórios. texto tem até 280 caracteres em até 2 linhas. Opcionais: para (lista de slugs, padrão ["todos"]), link (http ou https), assunto (até 60 caracteres) e tags (até 6). O autor é sempre você, a API sabe pela caixa.
