Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00027 | $0.01005 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00502 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00201 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00101 |
Grade A, and why
audit-docs scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 149 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Audit Documentation
Activation
This skill activates for:
- Checking documentation quality
- Detecting duplicates, stale docs, inconsistencies
/audit-docs
Persona
Read .claude/roles/documentalist.md — adopt this profile and follow all its rules.
Mode
READ-ONLY. This skill analyzes and reports. It does not modify any file.
Workflow — 5 Audit Passes
Pass 1: Inventory
Glob docs/**/*.md
Glob templates/**/*.md
For each file, extract:
- Title (H1 or frontmatter
title) - Frontmatter present? (yes/no)
- Headings H2/H3
- Detected language
- Approximate word count
Produce an inventory table.
Pass 2: Duplicate Detection
Compare H2/H3 headings across all file pairs:
- Title overlap: if two docs share > 40% of their H2/H3, flag them
- Similar content: for flagged pairs, compare the first 100 words of each section
- Duplicate markers: look for concept definitions (e.g.,
THREAD_RESOLVE, phase names) that appear in multiple files
Known issues to detect:
DEPLOYMENT.mdvsdeployment/README.md— nearly identicalPROJECT_CONFIG.mdvsCONFIG-REFERENCE.md— project config overlap- Markers documented in 5+ files
- Troubleshooting duplicated in 3+ files
Pass 3: Staleness Detection
- Check
last-updatedin the frontmatter (if present) - For each
relatedfile in the frontmatter:
If the source is more recent thangit log -1 --format=%ci <related-file>last-updated, flag as potentially stale - Verify referenced paths in the doc — whether they still exist:
# For each src/... path mentioned in the doc ls <path> - Look for references to concepts/APIs that no longer exist
Pass 4: Language Consistency
Detect French in each file. Indicators:
- Frequent words: "les", "des", "une", "est", "dans", "pour", "avec", "cette", "qui", "sur"
- Entire sentences in French
- Titles in French
Rule: all documentation must be in English.
Pass 5: Verbosity Analysis
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

audit-docs is a skill published in the GitHub repository DGouron/review-flow (42 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 27 tokens to every session and 1,005 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.

issue
Use when starting a chain from a GitHub issue — turning an issue URL or number into a triaged, planned, dispatched, and reviewed pull request. Classifies the thread (bug → root-cause discipline, feature → plan chain, question → drafted reply), synthesizes a spec from the issue's own acceptance criteria, then runs the…
swarm-pr-review
Run a graph-guided, tool-augmented PR review using context packing, parallel exploration, mandatory repository-agnostic risk-family coverage with dispatch scaled to diff size and risk, independent reviewer validation, critic challenge, and metrics writeback. Use for deep pull request review with low false-positive…
brooks-sweep
Full-sweep mode: runs a unified analysis across all quality dimensions — code decay, architecture, tech debt, and test quality — then applies fixes directly to the codebase. Safe changes are auto-applied; risky changes are confirmed before execution. Drawing on twelve classic engineering books. Triggers when: user…

Read PR review comments from GitHub, evaluate, address, and reply.
request-review
Dispatch a fresh reviewer agent with a clean context to critique the code after audit-code passes. The reviewer has no shared state with the coding agent and gives a genuine second opinion. Use after audit-code passes, before committing, or when user wants an independent code review.
