核心框架与心智模型
本书是《医宗金鉴》卷三十五「编辑运气要诀」的歌诀化整理，由清·吴谦等奉敕编纂，把《内经》运气要语编成歌诀并冠以图说，目的在"使学者一览即明其大纲旨要"。它与前一本《运气证治歌诀》（王旭高）互补而非替代：
- 王旭高本：重"方"——五运十方、六气六方、六淫治例，是运气证治的"用方框架"。
- 本书（吴谦本）：重"框架广度"——从太虚理气、五行生克，到五运六气、脏腑经络映射、天符岁会、南北政、运气为病，是运气推算的"全框架教科书"。它基本不载具体方剂，只讲"气化格局 ↔ 脏腑病机 ↔ 病证归类"的推演体系。
三层结构：
- 理气—五行层：太虚理气天地阴阳、五行质气生尅制化（含亢害承制），为全书哲学基础。
- 推算层：主运/客运、主气/客气、司天在泉间气、五音太少相生、齐化兼化、正化对化、六十年上下相临、指掌图、天符岁会太乙同天符同岁会、南北政——完整运气推算工具链。
- 病机层：运气合脏腑十二经络、运气为病歌、五运客运太过为病歌、六气客气主病歌、五运气令微甚、天时地化五病二火——把"气化格局"落到"五脏病机"。
本书灵魂（务必先读）
- 运气为病歌开宗明义："名异情同气贵分，今将二病归为一"——五运之病与六气之病名目虽异，其为病之情状则同，统归五脏病机（风掉眩属肝、痛痒疮属心、湿肿满属脾、气膹郁痿属肺、寒收引属肾）。
- 运气当审常变歌收束："未达天道之常变，反谓气运不相应……知其要者一言毕，不得其旨散无穷"——强调"常"（主客定局）与"变"（卒然加临）并审，反对机械套用。
