What is nestjs-graphql-federation?

A NestJS guide for Apollo Federation 2, which combines independently deployed GraphQL services into one API. It covers subgraphs, shared entities, request batching, and the gateway that coordinates the services.

Use it to build federated NestJS GraphQL subgraphs, connect entities, prevent N+1 queries, and configure the gateway.

It helps split a large GraphQL API into services while allowing clients to query it as one schema and reducing repeated database requests.
