Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00057 $0.00764
Opus 5 $0.00028 $0.00382
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00153
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00076

Security

Grade A, and why

coach scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Coach

Run a structured coaching session.

Step 0: Load Config

Read $PRAXIS_DIR/config/coach.yaml. All vault paths in this skill and reference.md refer to keys from this config. Resolve YYYY-MM-DD patterns with today's date. All paths are relative to vault_path from config.

If config file missing → ask user: "No coach config found at $PRAXIS_DIR/config/coach.yaml. Copy the template from the skill directory and customize your vault paths."

Subcommand Routing

Parse $ARGUMENTS (first word, lowercase):

Input Action
(none) or personal Run CLEAR protocol — see reference.md § Personal 6-Step Protocol
signal Run Strategic Signal Protocol — see reference.md § Signal Domain
pro Stub: "Pro coaching not built yet. Use /coach for personal."
family Stub: "Family coaching not built yet. Use /coach for personal."
review Stub: "Weekly review not built yet. Use /coach for daily session."

Personal Session

Load reference.md and follow the 6-step protocol exactly in order (1-Pulse, 2-Surface, 3-Accountability, 4-Explore, 5-Commit, 6-Review). Complete ALL 6 steps in a single response — do not stop after Step 5 or defer Step 6 to a follow-up turn.

Vault paths from config personal: section:

  • Coaching log: personal.coaching_log
  • Habits context: personal.habits_path (read-only)
  • OKRs: personal.okr_file → section matching personal.okr_section
  • Projects: personal.project_refs[] (read-only)

Signal Session

Load reference.md and follow the 6-step Strategic Signal Protocol in order (1-Scorecard, 2-Positioning, 3-Accountability, 4-Signal-Gap Scan, 5-Commit, 6-Debrief+Persist). Complete ALL 6 steps in a single response.

Vault paths from config signal: section:

  • Coaching log: signal.coaching_log (read signal: block + write signal session)
  • Projects: signal.project_refs glob (read-only, for signal-gap scan)
  • Streams: signal.streams (active stream definitions)
  • Previous sessions: same coaching log dir (read-only, for accountability)

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
