A maintenance tool that synchronizes the fpf-core skill with the canonical FPF-Spec.md file, the main document containing the FPF specification. It also updates bundled helper code and shared files when needed.

Use it after pulling new FPF specification commits, when references are stale, or during scheduled maintenance of LFW skills.

It prevents the skill from using an outdated specification, stale references, or incorrect counts after repository changes.
