add-dingtalk

add-dingtalk is a skill for Claude Code from DingyangLyu/MatClaw. It costs 32 tokens per session (1,499 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A DingTalk channel integration for MatClaw, allowing the agent to communicate through DingTalk groups without requiring a publicly reachable URL.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to receive and send MatClaw messages in DingTalk. Setup requires a DingTalk app and its client credentials.
Why use it?
It connects MatClaw to DingTalk using a WebSocket-based stream, so messages can work without setting up an incoming public endpoint. Groups are registered automatically when they first send a message.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00032 $0.01499
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00749
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00300
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00150

Security

Grade A, and why

add-dingtalk scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 3 executable files (add/src/channels/dingtalk.ts, add/src/dingtalk-auth.ts, modify/src/channels/index.ts), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Add DingTalk Channel

This skill adds DingTalk support to MatClaw using the skills engine for deterministic code changes, then walks through interactive setup.

Phase 1: Pre-flight

Check if already applied

Read .matclaw/state.yaml. If dingtalk is in applied_skills, skip to Phase 3 (Setup). The code changes are already in place.

Ask the user

Do they already have a DingTalk app configured? If yes, collect the Client ID and Client Secret now. If no, we'll create one in Phase 3.

Phase 2: Apply Code Changes

Run the skills engine to apply this skill's code package.

Initialize skills system (if needed)

If .matclaw/ directory doesn't exist yet:

npx tsx scripts/apply-skill.ts --init

Apply the skill

npx tsx scripts/apply-skill.ts .claude/skills/add-dingtalk

This deterministically:

  • Adds src/channels/dingtalk.ts (DingTalkChannel class with self-registration via registerChannel)
  • Adds src/dingtalk-auth.ts (interactive credential setup)
  • Appends import './dingtalk.js' to the channel barrel file src/channels/index.ts
  • Installs the dingtalk-stream npm dependency
  • Adds auth:dingtalk npm script
  • Records the application in .matclaw/state.yaml

If the apply reports merge conflicts, read the intent file:

  • modify/src/channels/index.ts.intent.md — what changed and invariants

Validate code changes

npx tsc --noEmit
npm run build

Build must be clean before proceeding.

Phase 3: Setup

Create DingTalk App

If the user doesn't have a DingTalk app, share DINGTALK_SETUP.md or guide them through these steps:

  1. Go to DingTalk Open Platform
  2. Click "Create App" (create an H5 Micro App or Enterprise Internal App)
  3. In the app settings, go to "Robot" section and enable "Robot configuration"
  4. Set message receiving mode to Stream Mode (Stream 模式)
  5. Copy the Client ID (AppKey) and Client Secret (AppSecret) from the credentials page
  6. In "Permissions", grant: qyapi_robot_sendmsg, qyapi_chat_manage
  7. Publish/release the app
  8. Add the bot to a DingTalk group chat

What ships with it

6 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
