It helps configure frontend build files, stylesheets, content-element entrypoints, SVG handling, browser-compatible CSS, fonts, and Bootstrap theme variables.

TYPO3 projects need their frontend source files configured and processed consistently, especially because TYPO3 14 no longer provides its old built-in asset combining and compression.
