Le skill donne des repères sourcés et un plan d'action ; il ne remplace jamais un conseil juridique, fiscal ou comptable personnalisé.
Procédure
- Cerner le projet : quel métier parmi les 15, dans quelle zone de France, à quel stade (simple idée, activité au noir à régulariser, salarié qui veut se lancer en parallèle, entreprise déjà immatriculée) ; noter si c'est un métier de bouche (traiteur, street-food, pâtissier, chef à domicile), car les obligations d'hygiène s'ajoutent.
- Poser le principe de base : en France, facturer une prestation contre rémunération suppose une entreprise déclarée, identifiée par un SIRET (14 chiffres, délivré par l'INSEE) qui figure obligatoirement sur les devis, factures et contrats. Détailler statuts, TVA et immatriculation avec Cadre légal et assurances.
- Traiter l'assurance : la responsabilité civile professionnelle (RC pro) est fortement recommandée et souvent recherchée par les clients et les lieux de réception. Repères et détails dans Cadre légal et assurances.
- Si le métier est alimentaire, dérouler les obligations spécifiques (formation hygiène, HACCP, déclaration DDPP, allergènes, et pour un food truck : carte de commerçant ambulant, homologation du véhicule, autorisations d'emplacement) avec Métiers de bouche : hygiène et obligations.
- Construire le plan « premiers clients » : portfolio honnête, premiers avis, fiche Google Business Profile, inscription sur les annuaires et plateformes dont Izifete (gratuite, 0 % de commission sur les prestations), avec Démarrer et trouver ses premiers clients.
