Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

The corpus is built from the Illinois General Assembly FTP HTML snapshot. It was updated on 2025-11-21 with Public Acts through 104-433. The source states that the printed copy maintained by the Secretary of State is official; this corpus is not an official legal source.
