Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00026 | $0.01144 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00013 | $0.00572 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00229 |

Grade A, and why
draft-story scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 122 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Draft Story
Turn a requirement into one implementable story. This is the upfront direction gate: cheap to get right here, expensive to discover wrong after a build.
Core principle: A story is done when an engineer with no prior context could implement it without guessing.
Output
Write ONE flat Markdown file in the stories namespace (physical path from
core-config.yaml, default docs/stories/): <slug>.md — <slug> is a kebab
handle from the title. No folders, no epic.story numbering. Produce exactly
these sections (with frontmatter) and nothing more.
---
origin: <stable short handle of the requirement this story came from>
depends_on: [] # slugs of same-origin stories whose Produces this story Consumes
touches: [] # every path in File Map (Create + Modify), as written there
---
# <Story title>
## Goal
One sentence: what this delivers and for whom.
## Constraints
Hard rules this story must respect, one per line, copied verbatim — no
paraphrase (version floors, allowed/forbidden dependencies, naming and copy
rules, platform requirements). Every section below implicitly includes these.
## Acceptance Criteria
- AC1: <observable, testable condition>
- AC2: ...
Every AC must be checkable by a test or a human looking at a result.
## File Map
- Create: <exact/path>
- Modify: <exact/path>
- Test: <exact/path>
## Interfaces
- Consumes: <signatures this story relies on from existing code>
- Produces: <signatures later work will rely on — exact names and types>
## UI Reference (only if the story touches UI)
Link to the front-end spec / design and name the exact screens or components in
scope. Omit this section entirely for non-UI stories.
## Out of Scope
What this story deliberately does NOT do.
Rules
- One story, one coherent deliverable. If it spans independent subsystems,
split into separate stories — each its own
<slug>.mdin the stories namespace, all sharing the sameoriginso the set is queryable as one group. - Flat, no hierarchy. One file per story in the stories dir. Grouping is
the
originfield (a query the AI runs), never a folder. Order comes from Interfaces (dependencies), never from a number. - Dependencies and footprint are explicit.
depends_onis derived from Interfaces: a story that Consumes a signature another same-origin story Produces depends on it — nothing else qualifies.touchesrepeats the File Map so a team run can detect two stories that would edit the same file without opening either. Both are empty lists when there is nothing to list, never omitted. - No placeholders. "Add validation", "handle errors", "TBD" are failures. State the actual condition.
- Acceptance criteria are observable. "Works well" is not an AC. "Returns
400 with
{error:'Email required'}for empty email" is. - Stay at spec altitude. Describe what must be true, not how to code it.
Implementation is the
implementskill's job. - Constraints are verbatim. Copy each hard rule exactly from its source — a paraphrased limit is a changed limit.
- UI Reference only when there is UI. Omit the section for non-UI stories; never leave it as an empty placeholder.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

draft-story is a skill published in the GitHub repository dorayo/orchestrix-skills (2 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 26 tokens to every session and 1,144 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
