aiagent: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/plan-sprint/SKILL.md

plan-sprint is a skill for Claude Code from drujensen/aiagent. It costs 39 tokens per session (321 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A sprint-planning skill for turning a feature or large piece of work into ordered user stories. It uses a planner agent to identify dependencies, affected layers, and rough story size.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan an epic, break it into deliverable stories, record dependencies, estimate complexity, and prepare stories for later refinement.
Why use it?
It makes broad work easier to implement by showing what must happen first and keeping stories small enough to complete and test independently.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00039 $0.00321
Opus 5.5 $0.00016 $0.00128
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00064
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00032

Measured 4d ago against content hash c895e5b8c733, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

plan-sprint scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Sprint Planning

Plan the following feature into stories:

Instructions

Use the Agent tool with subagent_type: "planner" to:

  1. Explore the aiagent codebase to understand the current state of related functionality
  2. Break the feature into ordered, implementable user stories
  3. Identify dependencies between stories
  4. Estimate complexity (S/M/L) based on number of layers touched

Expected Output

The planner will produce a sprint plan:

## Sprint Plan: [Feature Name]

### Stories (ordered by dependency)

**Story 1: [Title]** — Size: S/M/L
- Goal: [one sentence]
- Acceptance Criteria: [2–5 bullet points]
- Depends on: [none or Story N]
- Layers touched: [entities / interfaces / services / repositories / TUI / Web UI]

**Story 2: ...**

Important

  • Stories should be independently shippable where possible
  • Each story should be small enough to implement and test in one session
  • Dependencies must be explicit — a story that requires another story's entities or interfaces must list it
  • Use /refine-story on each story before starting implementation
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

plan-sprint is a skill published in the GitHub repository drujensen/aiagent (5 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 39 tokens to every session and 321 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-03.
