ocp: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/speckit-taskstoissues/SKILL.md

speckit-taskstoissues is a skill for Claude Code from dtzp555-max/ocp. It costs 28 tokens per session (1,047 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of speckit-taskstoissues, MIT.

A workflow that turns existing development tasks into GitHub issues, ordered by their dependencies. It uses available design documents and can run configured pre-task hooks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create actionable GitHub issues from feature tasks and design artifacts, while checking the project's optional extension hooks first.
Why use it?
It helps convert broad task lists into issues that are easier to implement in the required order.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00028 $0.01047
Opus 5 $0.00014 $0.00524
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00209
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00105

Security

Grade A, and why

speckit-taskstoissues scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Pre-Execution Checks

Check for extension hooks (before tasks-to-issues conversion):

  • Check if .specify/extensions.yml exists in the project root.
  • If it exists, read it and look for entries under the hooks.before_taskstoissues key
  • If the YAML cannot be parsed or is invalid, skip hook checking silently and continue normally
  • Filter out hooks where enabled is explicitly false. Treat hooks without an enabled field as enabled by default.
  • For each remaining hook, do not attempt to interpret or evaluate hook condition expressions:
    • If the hook has no condition field, or it is null/empty, treat the hook as executable
    • If the hook defines a non-empty condition, skip the hook and leave condition evaluation to the HookExecutor implementation
  • When constructing slash commands from hook command names, replace dots (.) with hyphens (-). For example, speckit.git.commit -> /speckit-git-commit.
  • For each executable hook, output the following based on its optional flag:
    • Optional hook (optional: true):
      ## Extension Hooks

      **Optional Pre-Hook**: {extension}
      Command: `/{command}`
      Description: {description}

      Prompt: {prompt}
      To execute: `/{command}`

    • Mandatory hook (optional: false):
      ## Extension Hooks

      **Automatic Pre-Hook**: {extension}
      Executing: `/{command}`
      EXECUTE_COMMAND: {command}

      Wait for the result of the hook command before proceeding to the Outline.

  • If no hooks are registered or .specify/extensions.yml does not exist, skip silently

Outline

  1. Run {SCRIPT} from repo root and parse FEATURE_DIR and AVAILABLE_DOCS list. All paths must be absolute. For single quotes in args like "I'm Groot", use escape syntax: e.g 'I'''m Groot' (or double-quote if possible: "I'm Groot").
  2. From the executed script, extract the path to tasks.
  3. Get the Git remote by running:
