resilio-app: Skill for Codex

.agents/skills/baseline-assessment-plan/SKILL.md

baseline-assessment-plan is a skill for Codex from du-phan/resilio-app. It costs 57 tokens per session (1,210 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A procedure for creating a short return-to-running plan that ends with a timed distance test. The test establishes current fitness when training history is missing, disputed, or out of date.

In plain words
What is it for?
Planning a safe non-injury return to running and preparing for an initial benchmark, usually over 5K.
Why use it?
It provides a measured starting point instead of guessing fitness, pace, or race readiness. It also separates ordinary inactivity from situations needing medical guidance.

Skill for Codex

Written for Codex: agents/openai.yaml present. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents).

This is du-phan/resilio-app's own configuration. It tells Codex how to work on resilio-app itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything resilio-app configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00057 $0.01210
Opus 5 $0.00028 $0.00605
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00242
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00121

Security

Grade A, and why

baseline-assessment-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 139 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Plan a baseline assessment

Keep the conversation in athlete language. The coach owns every health check, distance choice, scheduling choice, and approval. This procedure may create an unapproved plan, but it must not approve the plan or any exact week.

Safety boundary

  • This workflow is for non-injury return to running. If pain, an active injury, post-operative rehabilitation, systemic illness, pregnancy-related medical restrictions, or clinician-directed return-to-sport constraints are present, stop and route the athlete to appropriate professional guidance.
  • Default to a 5K benchmark. Mile, 10K, half-marathon, and marathon are representable, but a test longer than 5K requires explicit athlete confirmation and an evidence-backed rationale. Never choose a longer test merely because the target race is longer.
  • Do not invent VDOT, target time, pace, heart-rate, readiness, or injury-risk values. The benchmark establishes evidence; it does not depend on them.

Preconditions

Require a confirmed profile, goal, training timezone, run availability, athlete-managed sport expectations, and training priority. Require no approved active plan. An obsolete unapproved proposal may be discarded only by its exact revision ID; never use proposal discard to bypass evidence-backed closure. Refresh completed activities and coverage before using inactivity or recent exposure as facts:

poetry run resilio dates today
poetry run resilio sync
poetry run resilio sync --status
poetry run resilio profile get
poetry run resilio approvals status
poetry run resilio plan status

If plan status identifies an obsolete proposal that was never approved or populated, first inspect it and use its exact revision ID. Do not discard merely because a new proposal would be more convenient:

poetry run resilio plan show
poetry run resilio plan discard-unapproved --plan-revision <EXACT_REVISION_ID>

Classify at least one exact reason: missing_baseline, disputed_baseline, conflicting_evidence, or post_inactivity_baseline.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
