resilio-app: Skill for Codex

.agents/skills/baseline-assessment-review/SKILL.md

baseline-assessment-review is a skill for Codex from du-phan/resilio-app. It costs 54 tokens per session (777 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A review process for a completed baseline running assessment and a proposed VDOT result. VDOT is a running-fitness value used to set training intensities.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after a benchmark workout has been recorded and synchronized to confirm the exact result, archive the assessment, and prepare a VDOT proposal.
Why use it?
It prevents the wrong activity, distance, or segment from being treated as the official benchmark result, and leaves approval to the athlete.

Skill for Codex

Written for Codex: agents/openai.yaml present. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents).

This is du-phan/resilio-app's own configuration. It tells Codex how to work on resilio-app itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything resilio-app configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00054 $0.00777
Opus 5 $0.00027 $0.00388
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00155
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00078

Security

Grade A, and why

baseline-assessment-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Review a baseline assessment

Keep the conversation in athlete language. Never infer which activity or segment is the result, never infer official distance from GPS distance, and never approve the resulting VDOT on the athlete's behalf.

Preconditions

Require one approved active baseline-assessment plan, one applied benchmark workout, an exact publication record, and synchronized provider-paired fulfillment. Refresh factual state:

poetry run resilio dates today
poetry run resilio sync
poetry run resilio sync --status
poetry run resilio plan show
poetry run resilio approvals status

If provider-paired fulfillment is absent, do not match by date, title, sport, distance, duration, or proximity. Reconcile the owned publication/fulfillment chain first. Athlete-confirmed fulfillment is intentionally ineligible for a timed benchmark.

Select exact result evidence

List candidates:

poetry run resilio plan assessment-candidates

Candidates may be the whole paired activity or exact canonical segments of that same activity. Show each candidate's measured distance in meters, elapsed seconds/formatted time, local date, timezone, activity identity, and segment index when present. Ask the athlete to select exactly one candidate and confirm that it represents the complete official benchmark distance. A warm-up plus test activity is not automatically a dedicated test; a segment is not automatically correct because its GPS distance looks close.

Create immutable review evidence only after both confirmations:

poetry run resilio plan create-assessment-review \
  --candidate <CANDIDATE_ID> \
  --evidence-as-of <DATE> \
  --official-distance-confirmation "<EXACT_CONFIRMATION>" \
  --athlete-confirmation "<EXACT_SELECTION_CONFIRMATION>" \
  --summary "<EVIDENCE_SUMMARY>"

Present the exact result, measured-versus-official distance distinction, canonical source identity, and any evidence limitation. Ask separately for closure approval.

Close and propose VDOT

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

baseline-assessment-review is a skill published in the GitHub repository du-phan/resilio-app (5 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 54 tokens to every session and 777 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
