Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00070 | $0.01119 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00035 | $0.00560 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00224 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00112 |
Grade A, and why
plan-renewal scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 130 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Renew a training plan
The main coach owns every athlete question and confirmation. Do not invent a goal result, infer a completed course from date or distance, or create the successor before the current cycle is reviewed and closed.
If the active plan kind is baseline_assessment, stop this race-cycle
procedure and use baseline-assessment-review. Assessment closure has its own
candidate, review, archive, and VDOT proposal contract.
Preconditions
Require:
- one active plan and its exact approval/application history;
- a coordinated sync through the requested evidence date;
- athlete confirmation of the goal outcome;
- reconciliation or deletion of owned future calendar workouts after the effective closure date.
Use never_started only when the plan has no reviewed training week.
Use completed_horizon only when the effective end equals the planned end.
Use superseded_midcycle for an athlete-requested replacement and
stopped_early when training ceased without an immediate replacement.
Review and closure
-
Establish exact dates and refresh factual state:
poetry run resilio dates today poetry run resilio plan show poetry run resilio approvals status poetry run resilio sync poetry run resilio sync --status -
Ask the athlete whether the goal was completed, not started, not finished, cancelled, or deferred. General-fitness cycles use
not_applicable. For a completed event, identify one exact synchronized canonical activity. For a did-not-finish result, retain an exact partial activity when one exists:poetry run resilio activity list \ --since <EVENT_DATE> \ --sport runIf exact owned workout pairing exists, the review binds it. Otherwise, require the athlete to confirm the exact canonical activity ID. Never auto-match a result from date, sport, distance, name, or elapsed time.
-
Create the immutable cycle review:
poetry run resilio plan create-cycle-review \ --effective-end <DATE> \ --evidence-as-of <DATE> \ --goal-status <STATUS> \ --goal-activity-id <LOCAL_ACTIVITY_ID_IF_COMPLETED_OR_DNF> \ --athlete-confirmation "<EXACT_CONFIRMATION>" \ --goal-notes "<OPTIONAL_CONTEXT>"
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

plan-renewal is a skill published in the GitHub repository du-phan/resilio-app (5 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 70 tokens to every session and 1,119 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
