strategic-creator

strategic-creator is a skill for Claude Code from dungnotnull/hybrid-harness-chaos-process-prm. It costs 178 tokens per session (5,135 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A planning and brainstorming workflow for proposing larger improvements to a project. It examines assumptions and presents each proposal with its benefits, costs, and risks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when you want improvement ideas, upgraded requirements, or architectural options. It gives recommendations in conversation and does not modify project files.
Why use it?
It helps uncover missing requirements and trade-offs before implementation begins, so bigger changes are considered deliberately.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00178 $0.05135
Opus 5 $0.00089 $0.02567
Sonnet 5 $0.00036 $0.01027
Haiku 4.5 $0.00018 $0.00513

Security

Grade A, and why

strategic-creator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Strategic Creator — Advanced Innovation Engine (s31)

Purpose

Step outside the implementation mindset and into pure strategic architecture — questioning assumptions, identifying missing dimensions, and proposing upgraded requirements that transform "good enough" into "industry-leading." Every proposal is a trade-off package: what you gain, what you pay, what you risk.

This skill writes NOTHING to artifacts. It only produces recommendations in conversation. The user must explicitly accept a proposal before any implementation begins.

Prerequisites

  • Current phase artifacts and context available
  • PRD from s01 (BA Requirements)
  • Taste preferences from s02 (Taste Memory)
  • No other prerequisites — this skill is advisory-only and can be invoked at any phase

Input Contract

Input Source Required
Current workflow phase + artifacts s00 (orchestrator context) Yes
PRD / specifications in scope s01 output Yes
Current architecture decisions (ADRs) s01 output Yes
Taste preferences (risk tolerance, technology) s02 taste file Yes
User's explicit question or context User prompt Yes
Constraints (budget, timeline, team size) s01 or user No

Output Contract

Output Destination Format
Strategic proposal(s) Conversation (not artifacts) Structured Markdown
Trade-off analysis per proposal Conversation Decision matrix
Scope/timeline impact estimate Conversation T-shirt sizing + rationale
Accepted proposals (if any) Orchestrator dispatch to relevant skill Workflow event

CRITICAL: This skill produces NO files, NO code, NO YAML, NO implementation. It only produces conversation.

The Innovator's Framework

QUESTION → EXPLORE → PROPOSE → WARN → WAIT

Question: What are we building? What assumptions are we making?
Explore: What have the best teams done? What patterns exist at scale?
Propose: Here are N ways to make this significantly better.
Warn: Each proposal costs something. Here's what.
Wait: Which (if any) do you want me to implement?

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
