In plain words
What is it for?
Bumping versions, checking them, merging the release change, creating a version tag and GitHub Release, verifying npm publication, and testing the package handshake.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00089 $0.00532
Opus 5 $0.00044 $0.00266
Sonnet 5 $0.00018 $0.00106
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00053

Measured 4d ago against content hash f2010991ff1b, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

publish-release scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Publish a release

Source of truth: docs/publish.md.

Do not start unless asked

Never bump versions, create tags, or open GitHub Releases unless the user asked to publish.

Steps

  1. Confirm main is the intended tree (docs / product work merged as requested).
  2. Confirm .mcp.json is still the unpinned npx shape (never a local dist/ path).
  3. Bump the same version in package.json (and the lockfile), plugin.json, and .cursor-plugin/plugin.json. Tag will be v plus that version. @dustinestes/[email protected] is leftover under the old npm name — do not republish it. First publish of @dustinestes/clockify-agent-plugin may be 0.1.0.
  4. npm run check:versions
  5. Commit, open a PR if not already on main, merge.
  6. After merge: gh release create vX.Y.Z --generate-notes (not a draft, not a prerelease).
  7. Wait for .github/workflows/publish.yml. Verify npm view @dustinestes/clockify-agent-plugin version.
  8. Handshake: npx -y @dustinestes/clockify-agent-plugin (stdio; idle until Ctrl+C).

Owner-only (stop)

The agent cannot do these. Point at docs/publish.md and wait.

  • npm Trusted Publisher (one-time): npmjs.com → package → Trusted Publisher → GitHub Actions, workflow filename publish.yml.
  • cursor.directory: first listing is the website form; later skill/catalog changes are Edit, never a second submit. No publisher API.

Directory

Directory snapshots GitHub HEAD and ignores tags. Do not submit the first listing until npm latest matches this tree.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
