workspace-git-branch-rule

workspace-git-branch-rule is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from eaglesakura/agent-skills. It costs 173 tokens per session (1,103 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A rule for naming and interpreting Git branches in a repository. It explains the roles of main, feature/id/{Issue number}/{name}, and release/{version}/main branches.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to choose a new branch name, understand an existing feature or release branch, or look up the GitHub issue linked by a feature branch name.
Why use it?
Consistent branch names show whether work is ongoing, tied to a tracked issue, or prepared for release. For feature branches, the issue number provides a path to the actual task details.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00173 $0.01103
Opus 5 $0.00086 $0.00551
Sonnet 5 $0.00035 $0.00221
Haiku 4.5 $0.00017 $0.00110

Security

Grade A, and why

workspace-git-branch-rule scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Workspace / Git Branch Rule

main

feature/id/{Issue番号}/{任意の名称}

# 例: feature/id/123/add-login なら
gh issue view 123

    • アプリなど semver が明示される場合: release/v1.0.0/main

  2. feature/id/{n}/... なら Issue ngh issue view(必要ならリポジトリ指定)で確認する
  3. release/...

  2. Issue がある作業は feature/id/{Issue番号}/{短い名称}

DO NOT: main

  • 作業は feature(または release)に切り出す

DO NOT: release

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
