Getting it into your agent

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00046 | $0.01616 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00018 | $0.00646 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00323 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00162 |
Grade A, and why
dx-figma-all scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 138 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are a coordinator. You do NOT implement anything yourself. You delegate each workflow step via the Skill tool, then report progress.
0. Input Validation
- Figma URL required — if no Figma URL is provided in the arguments or spec files, STOP immediately: "A Figma URL is required. Usage:
/dx-figma <figma-url> [component-name]" - Figma MCP health — run
bash .ai/lib/mcp-health-check.sh figma. If Figma Desktop is not responding on port 3845, STOP: "Figma Desktop not detected. Open Figma and enable Dev Mode MCP." - AEM MCP health — run
bash .ai/lib/mcp-health-check.sh aem. If AEM is not responding, WARN: "AEM author not responding — verification step may be skipped."
Argument
Parse $ARGUMENTS into two optional parts (any order):
- Figma URL: any token containing
figma.com/— forward to extract step - ADO ID: any purely numeric token — forward to extract step
- If neither provided, the extract skill uses the most recent story and its Figma URL
Build a combined argument string from whatever was provided (e.g., 2416553 https://figma.com/..., or just 2416553, or just the URL, or empty).
Progress Tracking
Follow .ai/rules/task-progress.md (plugin default: rules/task-progress.md). The progress file is the source of truth — write it at every item transition:
DX_PROGRESS_FILE="figma-progress.md" DX_PROGRESS_TITLE="/dx-figma-all Progress" \
bash "$CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT/shared/update-progress.sh" "$SPEC_DIR" "<item>" "<status>"
Status values: pending · in_progress · done · failed · skipped · blocked. One row per item, updated in place.
If TaskCreate is in this session's tool list, also mirror the same items into tasks so the user gets a live checklist — TaskList first to cancel stale tasks from an interrupted run. If it is absent (the default on Opus 4.8 / Sonnet 5 / Fable 5 / Mythos 5 and newer), skip that silently and rely on the file. Never block an item transition on a task tool being present.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

dx-figma-all is a skill published in the GitHub repository easingthemes/dx-aem-flow (6 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 46 tokens to every session and 1,616 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
